Key responsibilities :
Design and implement HSE programs and procedures (health, safety, environment).
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and compliance checks.
Manage permits to work and control high-risk activities (working at height, confined spaces, etc.).
Lead HSE inductions and toolbox talks, train crews, and coach supervisors on safe practices.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain emergency response plans, run drills, and ensure emergency readiness.
Ensure regulatory compliance, produce HSE reports/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of HSE processes.

Key responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Develop annual budgets, departmental spending guidelines, and financial forecasts. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll, banking, and supplier payments. Control cash flow and ensure the company has sufficient funds for daily operations.
