Establish and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and prevent errors or fraud. Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, financial regulations, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, investors, and other financial stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational profitability. Evaluate investments, financing options, major purchases, and capital expenditures.
Automation engineer
Key responsibilities Design and program automated systems. Install, test, and commission equipment. Monitor performance and troubleshoot faults. Maintain and improve automation processes. Prepare technical documentation and train users. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Electromechanic
Key Responsibilities: Install, operate, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control-system faults. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and calibration. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Replace defective components such as motors, sensors, belts, gears, and switches. Troubleshoot automated machinery, motors, conveyors, and control systems. Planning engineer
Key responsibilities : Build and maintain the project schedule (WBS, logic, critical path). Track progress, spot delays, and propose recovery plans. Allocate resources (people, equipment, materials) and support cost/time forecasts. Manage schedule risks and coordinate between teams and interfaces. Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management and clients. Keep planning documents updated and aligned with safety, quality, and contract requirements.
HSE Supervisor
Key responsibilities : Design and implement HSE programs and procedures (health, safety, environment). Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and compliance checks. Manage permits to work and control high-risk activities (working at height, confined spaces, etc.). Lead HSE inductions and toolbox talks, train crews, and coach supervisors on safe practices. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Prepare and maintain emergency response plans, run drills, and ensure emergency readiness. Ensure regulatory compliance, produce HSE reports/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of HSE processes.
