Manage permits to work and control high-risk activities (working at height, confined spaces, etc.). Lead HSE inductions and toolbox talks, train crews, and coach supervisors on safe practices. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Prepare and maintain emergency response plans, run drills, and ensure emergency readiness. Ensure regulatory compliance, produce HSE reports/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of HSE processes.
