Automatic linear labelling machine for flat and cylindrical formats
Automatic industrial labelling machine for the simultaneous application of 2 labels — front and back — on flat or oval containers. A versatile machine capable of handling various container and label sizes. The EASY FRONT/BACK labeller features a closed base made of AISI 304 stainless steel, fully polished with an elegant finish, and consists of the following components: Conveyor belt; Two labelling heads from the ClassicNew series; Upper stabilizing counter-rotator; H150 wrap-around module for cylindrical bottles; Photoelectric sensors for label and container management; Touchscreen control panel. This user-friendly labeller can store up to 100 format settings. The machine can be installed in an existing production line, in-line with BETA filling and capping solutions, or operate as a standalone unit equipped with loading and unloading turntables for containers. Output: up to 6,000 pcs/h.
Automatic linear filling machine
Equipment Description: Stainless steel base mounted on height-adjustable feet for easy in-line positioning. Supporting frame and visible parts entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel; perimeter guards with access doors to the machine; 1-meter infeed conveyor belt for incoming bottles; automatic start photocell positioned at the machine’s entry point. Product collector designed to accommodate an additional counter in the future; NO BOTTLE – NO FILL device; product-contact parts made of natural, non-treated AISI 316L stainless steel. Electrical panel in stainless steel, with machine control via PLC and HMI. This installation includes an electromagnetic dosing pump suitable for handling viscous products: it allows the liquid to flow continuously and uniformly from the pump, ensuring both precision and efficiency. Output capacity: up to 4,000 units/hour for 1-liter cans.
Automatic vertical packaging machine
Equipment Description: Automatic Vertical Packaging Machine for Powder and Granular Products Complete stainless-steel packaging line designed for the automated packing of powder and granular products. The system includes: A feeding conveyor with a storage hopper for continuous product supply A vertical bucket elevator ensuring product transfer to the filling station A precision dosing unit with a weighing system for accurate measurement A vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine that automatically forms, fills, and seals the bags Modular blue plastic output conveyors for discharging finished products A digital control panel for process supervision and operation management Robust and hygienic construction compliant with food and pharmaceutical standards.
