Equipment Description:
Stainless steel base mounted on height-adjustable feet for easy in-line positioning.
Supporting frame and visible parts entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel; perimeter guards with access doors to the machine; 1-meter infeed conveyor belt for incoming bottles; automatic start photocell positioned at the machine’s entry point.
Product collector designed to accommodate an additional counter in the future; NO BOTTLE – NO FILL device; product-contact parts made of natural, non-treated AISI 316L stainless steel.
Electrical panel in stainless steel, with machine control via PLC and HMI.

This installation includes an electromagnetic dosing pump suitable for handling viscous products: it allows the liquid to flow continuously and uniformly from the pump, ensuring both precision and efficiency.

Output capacity: up to 4,000 units/hour for 1-liter cans.
