Its ergonomic design offers high rigidity and thermal stability, making it perfect for high-speed precision turning. The slant-bed configuration allows for the installation of multi-station turrets and provides a longer X-axis travel, facilitating the execution of all cutting processes in a single setup.
The standard configuration features two main axes (X, Z), but there is always the option to add a C-axis for live tooling or a Y-axis for complex milling operations.
It is effectively used in automated and mass production to manufacture various types of parts, such as straight and tapered cylinders, circular arcs, and a range of threads and grooves.
