These are pre-assembled structures for easy commissioning, which can have one or more pumps, one or two dosing points, and a calibration pot to ensure controlled dosing, thus achieving better process efficiencies.

Main applications include wastewater and industrial water treatment, paper and petrochemical industries, and more.

Skids are high-density polyethylene (HDPE) structures for laying pipes and all components involved in dosing, such as safety valves, back pressure valves, check valves, manual valves, pressure gauges, bottles, and damping pots for calibration and dosing pumps ranging from 1 l/h to 2 m3/h, from electromagnetic pumps to motor pumps, progressive cavity, peristaltic, centrifugal, and other types.

The type of material to be tested for each component is selected based on the type of operating pressure produced, and the system can be made of polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), or stainless steel (316SS).

Its construction can be in PE100 or PP and can include shelves for the placement of dosing pumps, acrylic sliding doors or sliding doors with or without handles, retention basin to avoid possible spills that may occur during administration and a threaded outlet suitable for each dimension.
