Commitment to Visitor Safety
SINAA Expo Industries is ready for November 29, 2022 at the maritime pines exhibition center -SAFEX- in Algiers. We continue to monitor this situation very closely and will abide by any decisions made by the Algerian government regarding how we can organize events.
Your safety is our priority and we are in the process of implementing the health and safety protocols that have been defined in partnership with SGS. This new partnership will allow you to participate with complete peace of mind.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Complete cleaning and disinfection protocols
All surfaces at SINAA Expo Industries are disinfected at regular intervals. Electrostatic spray technology guarantees the highest hygiene standards.
Hand hygiene
Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available throughout the exhibition area and in common areas such as seminar rooms. Please use them regularly during the day!
Personal protection & detection
Masks
We kindly ask you to wear a face mask when entering SINAA Expo Industries. We encourage you to bring your own, but event staff will be on hand to provide you with one if you forget!
Plexiglas barriers
Plexiglas barriers will be installed at registration counters, information points, catering points and counters occupied by team members.
Physical distancing
Social distancing and crowd management
We kindly ask you to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from other people. This social distancing rule will be adapted according to local safety rules. Clear signage and stickers on the floor will help you respect this distance.
Elbows replace handshakes!
Handshakes are “on hold” at this time! We know it's tough, because a handshake is the natural form of a business greeting. We suggest you greet with a nudge. A simple raised hand or a thumbs up will also do the trick. As long as the greeting is non-contact…feel free to use your own style.
Online registration and contactless scanning
Please register online before the event, as on-site registration is not possible. You can either print your admission voucher, which has a barcode on it, or bring it to your mobile device. You can then scan the barcode on one of our contactless reading stations. If you register more than 3 weeks before the event, you may receive your badge in the mail, which will save you time and eliminate overcrowding during registration.
One-way aisles
One-way aisles will help manage traffic and minimize clutter. They will also allow you to better respect the rules of social distancing and avoid crossing the path of other visitors.
Maximum capacity in conference rooms
Conference spaces will also allow for social distancing, with 2 meters between chairs. This means capacity will be limited, so please arrive on time. Some chairs may be marked as unavailable. Please respect this instruction and do not move the chairs.
Stay home if you feel sick!
Finally, even though we want to see you during SINAA Expo Industries, we ask that you please respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel unwell and have mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay home.
