Products & services
storage tank
High-quality tanks, made from GRP (Multilayer Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester Resin), including an internal black layer that is invisible and acts as a light barrier. The part in contact with the contents is made of a smooth, uniform, and seamless white layer. Tanks and reservoirs, with a solid and lightweight structure, made from a material resistant to corrosion and aging. Designed in vertical cylindrical or elongated shapes, with an integrated base providing stable and ergonomic support. Light and reflective colors for better preservation of the contents.
Fittings and flanges in GRP
SANICOMPOSE has created a standard range of molded or fabricated GRP fittings using the same materials as those used to produce GRP tanks. One of the advantages is the ability to manufacture a wide range of fittings, standard or custom, for pressure or gravity applications, and they are manufactured according to the specifications of each project.
Les tuyaux non-circulaires NC Line (coque-ovoide)
Non-circular NC Line pipes (or shells) are the ideal solution for relining old urban sanitation structures, aqueducts, or collectors, which very often have non-circular shapes. Non-circular pipes are also used for trenchless applications. NC Line piping systems can be custom-made according to the specific requirements of the project and are easily adaptable to different types of structures.
GRP pipe floats
PEHD pipe floats are buoyancy devices designed to support HDPE pipes in various aquatic applications. These floats are commonly used in marine and freshwater environments to keep pipelines afloat and prevent them from sinking or drifting due to currents, waves, or wind.
Rolled joints
Site-laminated fittings are available for uniaxial and biaxial systems, with useful instructions for coupling for pressure or gravity applications provided. Qualified personnel can offer their expertise. Network installation is faster and more cost-effective.
